Hey Guys - I know it's been a while. I'm really terrible at this blogging thing. :)
This summer was a whirlwind blur of art fairs, commissions and new paintings. After visiting Omaha, the next stop on the Ashley tour was Aspen, CO then Westport, MO, Carmel, IN and Lee's Summit, MO. I feel fortunate to have met all of you in these areas and I'm looking forward to working with you commemorating your pets. :)
A simple paragraph can not do justice to all the areas I visited this summer and all the great people I got to meet, but my only other option is to write a novel. I'll just leave it at I enjoyed meeting you all and experiencing your home towns.
I've also been keeping pretty busy with commissions this summer and am very grateful that I'm already elbow deep in commissions for Christmas! So thank you all for believing in me.
Here are some paintings I've completed in the past few months that I can safely share. Enjoy!
Below are Scooter, his mom and his painting. To the right is Winston, a memorial portrait.
Next, is one of my favorites - Traci's daughter's reaction to receiving paintings of her dogs as a birthday gift. And a picture of just her paintings.
And last, but not least, Lola and Kismet. Two of their other pack mates also had their portraits painted, I'll share those next time.
